Dr. Valerie Van Ravenswaay, grew up in Ontario, Canada where she practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine where she completed an extra year in osteopathic medicine as a pre-doctoral fellow. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Texas A&M Physicians in College Station. Her interests are in osteopathic medicine, preventive care, women's health, sports medicine. She is very excited to move to Flagstaff with her husband and two children to enjoy all of the outdoor activities that it has to offer.
In her free time, she loves to do marathon and triathlon and any outdoor activities while spending time with family and friends.
