Dr. Sara L. Cook is board certified in Family Medicine. She graduated with a major in Biochemistry from Rice University in Texas and received her medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston. She went on to family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. She has traveled extensively overseas with her family serving in non profit work in Africa as well as India. She is excited to join the Flagstaff Family Care Clinic where she specializes in family medicine with an emphasis on pediatrics, women's health and urgent care needs. She and her husband are raising four children while serving the medical needs of the community of Flagstaff.
